Aging and hormone fluctuations can lead to weight gain, a changing body on multiple levels and a feeling of discontent overall. At the same time, the stressful demands of caring for aging parents while still supporting children into adulthood make it difficult to navigate this quickly changing world of personal health & wellness.

Group Coaching
For those who would like to find community and accountability within the group setting. You bring the group, I’ll create and facilitate the program. Groups are managed based on common topics + goals, according to agreed-upon specifications. Inquire for more details.
